A journey by may be pleasant or unpleasant. A long journey is always full of trouble. I have an experience of such type of journey.

I was returning home from Janakpur. The occasion was Holi. There was a holiday.


I reached the bus stop half an hour earlier. There were many buses there. A large number of people were waiting. Some were drinking tea and some were reading newspapers. Some were buying tickets.

When my bus came, many people rushed. They stood at the entrance of the bus. They were not letting the passengers get off. The passengers who were waiting wanted to get to get into somehow. I, however, succeeded in getting a seat.

The bus was over crowded. The passengers had to stand. When the bus started there was some comfort. People talked about different things. Some criticized the government. At every bus stop new passengers came in. sometimes the conductor quarreled with the passengers. The passengers did not want to give due fare and the conductor did not wish to accept less. So the quarrel arose.

When the bus was passing through the jungle it gave me delight. I became very happy. There were many kinds of trees. Monkeys were running backwards. After ten hours I reached Birgunj. I had both pleasant and unpleasant experiences.

We all know the Biblical story of David and Goliath. Goliath was a giant of a man. He stuck fear in everyone’s heart. One day, a 17-years-old shepherd boy came to visit his brothers and asked. “Why don’t you stand to and fight the giant?” The brothers were terrified of Goliath and they replied. “Don’t you see he is too bit to hit?” but David said, “No he is not too big to hit, he is too big to miss.” The rest is history. Struggle of Butterfly

A biology teacher was teaching his students how a caterpillar turns into a butterfly. He told the students that in the next couple of hours, the butterfly would struggle to come out of the cocoon but no one should help the butterfly. Then he left.  The students were waiting and it happened. The butterfly struggled to get out of the cocoon and against the advice of the teacher; one of the students took pity on it and decided to help the butterfly out of the cocoon. He broke the cocoon to help the butterfly so it didn’t have to struggle anymore. Then within a short moment, the butterfly died.  When a teacher returned, he was told what had happened. He explained to the student that it is a law of nature that the struggle to come out of the cocoon actually helps to develop the strength of the butterfly’s wing.
